TCT16-061 Transport Trailer for the USAF BQM-167

Delivered July 2011

Custom designed for the United States Air Force (USAF) to specifically carry the BQM-167 Aerial Drone.

Every new trailer that leaves the Broward Trailer yard begins with a conversation about the hull it will carry. Boats arrive in an endless variety of shapes, weights, and configurations, and each one asks something different of the frame beneath it. The builders take time to understand how the vessel is supported, how it will sit on the road, and how it will be towed from one destination to the next, so the finished unit feels matched to its specific job rather than pulled from a standard template.

The delivery record on this page reflects a long working relationship spanning military, commercial, and recreational builds. A trailer designed to move an aerial drone for the United States Air Force is a very different proposition from a gooseneck unit meant to haul both a vehicle and a boat, and the pleasure craft built for weekend anglers along the South Florida coast. What connects them all is a careful, methodical approach to load capacity, balance, and durability under the strain of road travel.

Custom fabrication is only half of the story. The other half is the practical reality of getting a finished trailer safely to the customer. Delivery dates in the record mark the moment a project completes its journey from design through welding, finishing, and final inspection, and each listing reflects the specifications agreed upon with the owner. For anyone planning a move on a boat, a truck, or something heavier, browsing recent deliveries offers a useful sense of the range of work the company has taken on and the care applied to each build.

Trailer ownership brings responsibilities that are easy to overlook, whether the vehicle is a working asset or a weekend companion. Registration, licensing, inspection, and upkeep all matter, and the state requirements described in the driver and traffic education materials covered elsewhere on this site are worth reviewing before hitting the road. Learning the rules through clear, straightforward instruction helps owners tow with confidence, keep their equipment compliant, and enjoy the water with fewer worries about paperwork or roadworthiness.
